HOW TO PAY
We accept personal checks and money orders made payable to The Orchards. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus. Because we process orders immediately, your charge may appear on your credit card bill before shipment is received. We do NOT ship COD.
STANDARD WARM WEATHER SHIPPING (May - September only)
Due to the delicate nature of our handmade candies and confections, some items will require 2nd Day Delivery during the summer months. These items are indicated by an * following their name throughout the catalog. When ordering these products between May 1 and September 30, please choose the 2nd Day Delivery option for your shipping charges. This will ensure that your products reach you in the best condition possible during warm weather. If you would prefer, you may always call our Customer Service Department at (800)950-4320 to receive suggestions for products that won't require additional shipping charges during these months.
IMPORTANT GIFT INFORMATION
Please be sure to print your gift message in the “Greeting” space provided on the order form. If left blank, we’ll show your name as sender as printed in the address area of this order form. Please ensure your gift list is current and up to date. We cannot be responsible for lost or spoiled product shipments due to inaccurate shipping addresses provided to us.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
If you include the phone number of each recipient, it will help shipping services deliver your gift on time. Type or print each name, address, zip code, and greetingclearly. Be sure all addresses are complete and correct; show apartment number or street address. We cannot be responsible for nondelivery when we receive an incorrect address. We ship UPS, FedEx or USPS as applicable. Standard Next Day Delivery is only available for orders placed on Monday - Thursday. You may call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-950-4320 for Next Day Delivery charges for orders placed on Fridays. There is no Next Day Delivery for orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays.

CUTOFF DATES FOR HOLIDAY ORDERING

For delivery to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, allow three additional days to those shown above. For all overseas shipments allow seven additional days.
We cannot guarantee delivery on orders received after the above cutoff dates. However, we will make every effort to have your gift arrive on time, no matter when we receive your order.
We have quantity discounts for ORDERS over $500. Our Customer Service Representative will be happy to discuss these with you.
