Our Pecan Cinnaon Coffee Cake makes the perfect no-effort breakfast treat. . .
Cut the cake into slices and freeze in zip top freezer bags in groups of 2-4 pieces for up to 2 months. On the mornings that you have guests that you'd like to impress, or if you'd just like a treat for yourself, take out the number of desired slices, top with a butter pat, and place under the broiler. Broil until all of the butter has melted and the cake is golend brown on top. This is an easy, super tasty treat to keep on hand!
We are always doing this (even though most of the time it's just for us!) and it's always a delightful treat!
